Single-cell tumor–immune intelligence.

Bring your single-cell tumor data. Get a ranked, testable read on the tumor–immune microenvironment in minutes — without writing a line of code.

The bottleneck

The tumor microenvironment is observable — but not readable.

Single-cell RNA-seq made the tumor–immune microenvironment measurable. Yet turning a dataset into an immunotherapy decision still takes a bioinformatician and weeks of hand-built analysis. General-purpose AI tools fabricate genes and numbers, so they can't be trusted for rigorous work.

What MyImmunome does — Cancer-IO

Upload a tumor dataset. Get a Tumor–Immune Intelligence report.

Bring a single-cell tumor dataset (.h5ad or 10x .h5) and MyImmunome returns an interpretable brief:

Immune archetype

Hot / inflamed, cold / excluded, or immune-desert — anchored to a pan-cancer reference, not a black box.

Response & resistance scores

Immunotherapy-response and immune-resistance composites, with the axes that drive each one.

Checkpoint & exhaustion

Checkpoint and T-cell exhaustion read-outs, plus reinvigoration potential (stem-like vs terminal).

Dominant suppressor

The immunosuppressive program — Tregs, MDSCs, M2-TAMs, metabolic or stromal barriers — shaping the microenvironment.

Ranked CAR / TCR / vaccine targets

Candidate antigens, each backed by measured expression and tumor-vs-normal specificity.

A report you can keep

Explore live, then export a self-contained brief you can download and share.

How it works

Three steps. No code.

Bring your data

.h5ad or 10x .h5; your cell-type labels or ours. Public / de-identified data only — never PHI.

Analyze

One click. Deterministic scoring against a pan-cancer atlas — no coding, no hand-tuning.

Report

Explore the result live in an interactive dashboard, then export a shareable Tumor–Immune brief.

Why it's different

Built to be trusted, not just impressive.

Atlas-anchored

Archetypes and scores are calibrated against a pan-cancer reference, so a number means the same thing across datasets.

Deterministic, not hallucinated

Every number is computed. The optional AI layer explains only real result tables — it never invents genes or values.

No bioinformatician required

A wet-lab scientist runs it end-to-end. Minutes, not weeks.

Privacy by design

Only de-identified, aggregate summaries ever reach a language model — never raw single-cell data and never a patient identifier.

Evidence & validation

Confirmed against real patient outcomes.

Using the same engine that runs in the app, with no cohort-specific tuning, every major output was validated against public data with real clinical outcomes — immunotherapy response, overall survival, and target specificity. Open the reports:

Honest scope. Validation uses public, de-identified patient data (Sade-Feldman 2018 · IMvigor210 · TCGA, ~7,000 patients) — no PHI. Effect sizes are confirmations of direction and consistency across many cohorts; interpretation is cancer-type-specific by design. MyImmunome is a research and demonstration tool — Research Use Only, not for diagnostic use or treatment decisions.

See it run on a real tumor.

The live demo compares a hot tumor (clear-cell RCC) and a cold tumor (glioblastoma) side by side — one click, in your browser.
